Privacy Policy

What we collect

• Contact form submissions: your name, work email, company, optional revenue band, and your message.
• AI Ownership Scorecard: your answers, and — only if you request the full report — your email address.
• Newsletter signup (when it launches): your email address.
• Basic, cookie-free analytics: aggregate page views and referrers via Vercel Analytics. No cross-site tracking, no advertising identifiers.

How we use it

• To reply to your inquiry and prepare for calls you book.
• To send you the scorecard report you requested.
• To send the newsletter you signed up for (you can unsubscribe with one click, anytime).
• To understand, in aggregate, which pages are useful.

What we never do

• Sell, rent, or trade your information — to anyone, for any reason.
• Add you to the newsletter because you used the contact form or scorecard.
• Use anything you share in a sales conversation as training data or public material.

Who processes data on our behalf

Like most modern websites, we rely on a small set of service providers to operate: Vercel (website hosting and cookie-free analytics), Resend (transactional email delivery), and Cal.com (call scheduling, if you book through the site). Each receives only the data required to do its job, and each maintains its own privacy and security practices.

Retention & your rights

We keep correspondence for as long as it's useful for working together, and no longer. Email carlos@carboncopydevelopment.com and we'll delete everything we hold about you — typically within a few business days, with confirmation when it's done.

Client confidentiality

Client engagements are governed by their own agreements and NDAs, which take precedence over this policy. Nothing shared in an engagement is ever used in marketing without written permission.

Changes & contact
