What this site is
The content on this site — including articles, the AI Ownership Scorecard, pricing, and service descriptions — is provided for general information. It reflects our honest professional views, but it isn't advice for your specific situation, and reading it doesn't create a consulting relationship between us.
The scorecard and other tools
Free tools like the AI Ownership Scorecard produce directional guidance based on your self-reported answers. They're designed to be genuinely useful, not to be a substitute for the paid, human work of an actual audit. Decisions you make based on them are yours.
Pricing shown on this site
Published prices are accurate as of the effective date and are honored for engagements confirmed in writing. 'From' pricing firms up in a written scope document before any engagement begins — and once fixed in writing, it doesn't move.
Intellectual property
The content, brand, and design of this site belong to Carbon Copy Development. You're welcome to quote or share excerpts with attribution and a link. Don't republish whole pages or pass our material off as your own.
No warranties; limitation of liability
This website is provided as-is. We work hard to keep it accurate and available, but we don't warrant that it will be error-free or uninterrupted, and to the maximum extent permitted by law, we aren't liable for damages arising from your use of the site or reliance on its content.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which Carbon Copy Development is organized, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
