Team AI Upskilling · Method step 03

Training that sticks, because it's built on your team's real work.

Generic AI training gets forgotten by Friday. We collect your team's actual tasks before we arrive, train each role on their own work, and come back at 7, 30, and 90 days to make sure it stuck.

Workshops from $5,000Half-day to multi-weekRemote or on-site

Half day · leadership team

Executive AI Briefing

What AI can and can't do for your P&L, where your peers are actually getting returns, and a decision framework for the next four quarters. No jargon, no vendor pitch.

From $2,500

Full day · up to 12 people

Role-Specific Workshop

Built on your team's real tasks, collected before we arrive. Everyone leaves with working workflows for their own job — not prompt tips they'll forget by Friday.

From $5,000

4–8 weeks · by role track

Team Cohort Program

Structured tracks by role, embedded practice between sessions, and adoption measured against a baseline. For companies making AI fluency the default, not the exception.

From $20,000

Every format includes the 7/30/90-day follow-up check-ins. Pricing firms up on the intro call — the "from" covers group size and customization depth.

7·30·90

day follow-ups on every engagement — because training without reinforcement evaporates.

The pattern behind failed AI adoption is always the same: tools arrive, a workshop happens, everyone nods — and three weeks later the team is back to the old way. Training only pays off when it's built on real tasks, when the fear question is answered honestly, and when someone checks back in. We designed all three into every format.

Fit

For teams, not audiences.

This is for you if

  • You've bought the tools and adoption stalled after week two.
  • You want training built on your workflows, not a generic curriculum.
  • Leadership needs a shared, realistic picture of what AI should do next.
  • You want usage measured afterward, not assumed.

This is not for you if

  • You want a one-hour inspiration keynote. We train working teams.
  • The team hasn't been told why AI matters to their jobs yet — start with the briefing, not the workshop.
  • You're looking for certification theater. We measure whether people actually use it.

FAQ

Before you ask.

Why does training built on our real tasks matter so much?

Because generic AI training doesn't survive contact with a Monday morning. When someone practices on their own actual work — this report, this inbox, this handoff — the new way becomes the default way. That's the difference between a workshop people rate 9/10 and forget, and one that changes how the team operates.

What are the 7/30/90-day follow-ups?

Short check-ins at one week, one month, and one quarter: is the team actually using what we built together, where did it break down, and what needs a refresher. Reinforcement is where training pays off — skipping it is why most programs evaporate.

How do you handle the 'is AI taking my job?' worry?

Directly, at the start, without corporate euphemism. The honest answer for most mid-market roles is that AI takes over tasks, not jobs — and the people who master it become more valuable, not less. Ignoring the fear is how you get quiet resistance and dead tools.

Can workshops be remote?

Yes — remote works well for the briefing and cohort sessions. For the full-day role-specific workshop we recommend in-person where possible; the hands-on-your-own-work format benefits from being in the room.

How should we budget for training versus tools?

A good rule of thumb: for every dollar you spend on AI tools, plan two to three on the people who'll use them. It sounds inverted until you remember that unused software is the most expensive kind.

The tools are the cheap part. Invest in the people.

Book a 30-minute call and tell us where adoption is stalling. We'll recommend the right format — or tell you training isn't your bottleneck.
